1. Service Agreement:

By engaging The Reliable Maid for residential cleaning services, the client agrees to ​abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Scope of Services:

The scope of cleaning services provided will be detailed in the initial estimate and ​may include general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom ​cleaning, and other agreed-upon tasks.

3. Access to Property:

The client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time. ​In the event of any change, the client must notify The Reliable Maid at least 24 ​hours in advance.

4. Security and Safety:

The Reliable Maid will take reasonable precautions to ensure the security of the ​client's property. However, the client is responsible for securing any valuables or ​items of sentimental value before the cleaning service begins.

5. Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon starting of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Late ​payments may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, the client must provide a ​minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

By engaging The Reliable Maid, the client acknowledges having read, understood, ​and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the 24-hour minimum notice ​requirement for cancellations.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

The Reliable Maid is committed to customer satisfaction. If the client is dissatisfied ​with any aspect of the cleaning service, they must notify The Reliable Maid within ​24 hours, and reasonable efforts will be made to address and rectify the issue.

8. Liability:

The Reliable Maid will exercise reasonable care when providing cleaning services ​but is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from pre-existing conditions, ​improper maintenance, or client negligence. The client is responsible for notifying ​The Reliable Maid of any fragile or valuable items.

9. Confidentiality:

B​oth parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information o​btained during the provision of services.

1​0. Governing Law:

T​his agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising f​rom this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the r​ules of the [Arbitration Organization].
